The demand for healthcare workers is at an all time high for the next few years.
Allied Health Technology involves students in a combination of classroom and
clinical experiences to provide the skills needed for entry-level positions. Our program will prepare the individual to aid the medical professional with the examinations, treatments, and care of clients in the doctor’s office, hospital, dentist’s office, and specialized care facilities. In addition, the student will be prepared to begin post-secondary education to further develop skills and knowledge toward a rewarding career in health care.
Students are exposed to comprehensive theory anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and specific health career areas.
