 Thank you for visiting the Mad River Early Childhood Center! The Early Childhood Center is an excellent and exciting place for children ages three to five to learn and grow. Staff, parents, and community work together to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment that contributes to student success. We are dedicated to the education of our students, and we are committed to setting the highest possible standard for student academic achievement.
The Mad River School District believes that a high quality Early Childhood program creates a safe, nurturing school community for young children that fosters life long learning and emotional well-being. Our students are guided through interactive and intentionally focused instruction helping them to become confident and independent learners. The literacy curriculum is constructed to flow directly into the kindergarten curriculum for the Mad River School District allowing for an ease of transition to the elementary school level. We are committed to promoting each child’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Our Head Start services meet the Federal guidelines for qualification. These programs are comprehensive in their services for children.
