Your child's important student demographic/emergency medical form for this school year should be filled out online through the OneView website (link below). You will need to know your student's school ID number (same as lunch number) to access their form. Your child's emergency contact and emergency medical information is included, so it is very important that you complete this process as soon as possible. Your child may not be able to participate in extra curricular activities until their form has been completed. Please call with any questions: 937-237-4250 ext. 7169.
Mad River OneView Parent Access
Senior Headshots will be at Stebbins on Tuesday, October 29th. The cost is $10, which will allow your Senior's photo to be used in the yearbook and on the class composite picture. Students can bring cash, check, or money order (made out to LifeTouch) with them on the 29th and give it directly to the photographer. LifeTouch will mail home order forms for families to order prints of their Senior's headshot.
If your student had Senior Portraits taken at Prestige in Kettering, they do not have to have their photo taken at Stebbins in October. Prestige is a LifeTouch company and will provide Stebbins with your student's photo.
If you would like to submit a professional photo for the yearbook that is taken by someone other than a LifeTouch/Prestige photographer, your high-res image should be submit to Mr. Humphrey prior to winter break.
