Detailed description: To help provide more individuals with the opportunity to get a solid education, Capital Auto Auction is awarding a scholarship to support students pursuing STEM-related degrees.
Value of scholarship: $1,000 (1 winner), $250 (2 runner ups)
Qualifications: To qualify, undergraduate students must be majoring in a STEM field of study (or related field) as well as attending an accredited college or university.

DPL/Vectren Scholarship 2020
Ohio Energy Project is excited to announce the annual Energy Leadership Scholarship, sponsored by Dayton Power & Light (DP&L) and Vectren. Ohio Energy Project is a non-profit organization providing STEM-related programs for students and educators residing within the DP&L and Vectren service territory. DP&L and Vectren will generously sponsor two $1,000 scholarships to area graduating seniors pursuing advanced education at a 2- or 4-year college or advanced training program. Applicants must be interested in a STEM career. Ohio Energy Project is proud to facilitate these scholarships to the selected recipients.

Honda Excellence in Manufacturing
The Honda scholarship has been available to manufacturing students since 2012. The scholarship benefits students who are passionate to pursue a career in advanced manufacturing.
· Must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend one of the Community Colleges listed below
· A part or full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled in certificate or degree program in manufacturing engineering/manufacturing technology or a closely related engineering discipline and attending one on the following Community Colleges in the state of Ohio:
- Rhodes State College
- Columbus State Community College (all campuses)
- Marion Technical College
- Edison Community College (all campuses)
- Sinclair Community College (all campuses)
- Clark State College (all campuses)
· Awards of $2,500 each will be made to up to twelve (12) students attending one of the six community colleges indicated, with a maximum of two (2) students per institution.
· Must possess an overall minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
· Two reference letters are required and must be from a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) instructor.
· Students may submit a scholarship application in succeeding years. Need is not a consideration in awarding scholarships except when two or more applicants have equal qualifications.
Leanna Dorworth Memorial Scholarship
· Female applicant must be a full or part-time student.
· Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in STEM, Manufacturing or Industrial engineering programs.
· Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
· Applicant must be a child or grandchild of an SME member or be a student member of SME.
· Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or an undergraduate student with no more than 30 credit hours.
· Preference will be given to legal citizens of North American countries but there are no geographic restrictions on the scholarship (i.e., no specific state, province, county or attend a particular institution).

OAPSE/AFSCME Memorial Scholarship
OAPSE/AFSCME Memorial Scholarship
The OAPSE/AFSCME Memorial Scholarship Program is available to children whose parent or legal guardian is a member in good standing of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE/AFSCME Local 4/AFL-CIO). Under the program, scholarships of $2,500.00 each are awarded to at least one winner from each of the ten (10) OAPSE Districts selected from the applicants who meet the eligibility requirements.
Any graduating high school senior who is a daughter or son of an active OAPSE/AFSCME member or whose legal guardian is an active OAPSE/AFSCME member and who intends to enroll in a full-time degree program in any two (2) or four (4) year accredited university, college, business or technical school is eligible to apply for a scholarship. The scholarships may be used for any field of study.
To be eligible, all information or supportive documentation requested in the application must be received by the committee by March 1 each year.
