    The Wright-Patterson AFB Educational Fund was established in 1985 by retiredUSAF Colonel Nathan R. Rosengarten and his wife, Irma, as a means torecognize the academic excellence of college-bound children andgrandchildren of current WPAFB military and civilian personnel.
