I am honored to serve as the principal of Brantwood Elementary. It is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where parents, teachers and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.
I grew up in Springfield, Ohio, about 30 minutes east of Dayton. I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Wright State University in Middle Childhood Education. After spending 9 glorious years teaching 5th grade with Mrs. Kelley at Spinning Hills, I finished my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Dayton and became an administrator.
My husband (Ted) and I have two daughters; we enjoy spending time together as a family and are blessed to be part of the Riverside community. As the daughter of a teacher and granddaughter of a superintendent, I come from a legacy of educators. I wholeheartedly believe that education is of paramount importance. I love my job and I look forward to getting to work together with you to build a community of thinkers and responsible citizens.
